     Our Labels

Our Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels are designed to stay put and virtually outlast clothing. They must be applied to a clothing care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and washing instructions), and are not guaranteed to stick when placed directly onto the clothing fabric. After applying Tag Mates to the care tag, we recommend waiting 24 hours before laundering. Wondering how to label tag-less clothing? We recommend our Iron-On Clothing Labels.

Date Mates™ are compatible with any fine point dry erase marker or grease pencil. Simply write on the date, and when ready, wash off with soap and water to reuse. The labels themselves are not designed to be removed.

We guarantee that our Iron-On Clothing Labels will stick through thick and thin; they should fuse to the fabric and stay put. When this doesn’t happen, it’s usually because the iron wasn’t hot enough when the labels were first applied. Try re-ironing them at a higher heat setting, and don’t use steam (you may have to remove the water from your iron). If you continue to experience problems, please contact us!

We offer two different types of laundry-safe clothing labels: Iron-On Clothing Labels and Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels. If most of your garments have a care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and washing instructions), you will appreciate how easy our Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels are to use. They peel and stick directly to the clothing care tag and require no ironing or sewing. Please note that they cannot be used directly on fabric.

For items that do not have care tags (e.g., socks, towels, tag-less shirts, etc.), we recommend our iron on clothing labels, which are designed to adhere directly to almost any iron-safe fabric.

Yes we do! Practically our entire line of labels is laundry and/or dishwasher safe (not to mention pool and lake!). There are only a few exceptions, such as Personalized Book Labels. Please see individual product pages for more information.

Our labels are indispensable for everyone! While many of our designs are geared towards little ones, you can opt to not use an icon for a more mature look on most of our core products. Further, we offer a couple combos with exclusive styles designed for older kids and adults! View our Designer Label Pack, and Middle School Label Pack for these trendy options.

Our Starter Label Pack and Big Kaboodle™ Label Pack are designed to cover all your labelling needs, especially in combination with their various product add-ons. In addition, we offer limited-time combos during the camp and back-to-school seasons.

Nothing, other than style! Both are available at the same great price and both share the same amazing durability. Simply choose the look you prefer. Note that solid labels give you the option of no icon.

     Clothing Stamp Kits

Clothing Stamps are a fast, easy and clean way to mark clothing. Each stamp can be used for 100 applications. On lightly coloured clothing, simply press down on your customized stamp and clothing will be marked for 40+ washes! Temperature variances between different washing cycles can impact the number of washes the stamp may withstand. The Custom Clothing Stamp Kit also includes a special iron-on or sew-on ribbon for dark clothing.

For the best results, stamps should be used on lighter coloured clothing. A special clothing ribbon is provided for dark clothing which can be ironed or sewed into clothing.
1. If the clothes you are stamping are new, please wash them first to eliminate any stiffener or sizing they may have.
2. Place clothing on a hard surface like a table, for easier stamping.
3. Press down on the stamp firmly to mark your clothes. We recommend stamping where you have double material, for example on the hem, or on a less noticeable part of the clothing.
4. Once clothes are stamped please wait 24 hours before washing or touching. The ink needs to dry and set.

1. Slide the ribbon into the ruler, ensuring the ribbon is exposed completely through the window in the ruler
2. Lay the ruler with ribbon down on a flat surface
3. Place the stamp in the ruler window and firmly stamp the ribbon; wait a few moments for the ink to dry completely before ironing or sewing. Repeat as needed.
4. Once your stamping is complete and ink is dry, remove the ribbon from the ruler and using scissors, cut between stamps
5. Ensure new clothing is laundered before ironing on the ribbon
6. Set your iron to the most appropriate temperature for the article of clothing (or when in doubt – medium heat)
7. Hold the stamped iron-on ribbon in place where you wish to apply it
8. With firm and steady pressure, iron the ribbon to the clothing; repeat a few times and let cool
9. Alternatively, the ribbon can be sewn onto clothing
10. Wait 24 hours before washing

We want to assure you that, having done the research, we are 100% comfortable with and confident in the safety of our products. The ink within our Clothing Stamp is non-toxic and has a similar composition to some stamp pad products found in craft stores. Since the ink pad is secured in a self-closing stamp, exposure and access is very minimal. Custom Clothing Stamps require 1-2 business days for production, in addition to the selected shipping method. Transit time for Clothing Stamps is dependent on the shipping method selected; standard, express, or priority are available for this product. These products are shipped separately, directly from our supplier via FedEx.

The Clothing Stamp ink is designed to stay put through the wash! We do not recommend trying to dissolve or remove the ink from clothing.

     Patches

Our patches iron on best to natural fibers, like cotton or denim, and will not adhere to synthetic fabrics. For synthetic fabrics, we suggest sewing the patches on instead. Here are a few handy tricks for easy ironing of our patches:
1. Set your iron to the setting matching the fabric you are adhering to (cotton, linen, etc.)
2. Lay the garment flat and put a cloth over the area of the item where the patch is to be applied. Place the heated iron on the cloth and press down firmly for 8 seconds to heat up the garment.
3. Place your iron-on patch on the pre-heated area, put the cloth on top of the patch and press down firmly for 8-10 seconds with your iron. Turn garment inside out, put a cloth on top of the patch area, and press down with the iron for another 5 seconds.
4. Remove the iron and cloth, set the item aside and allow it to fully cool before handling.
5. Show off your sweet new patch to all your friends!

These trendy patches are the perfect add-on to jackets and backpacks! Our patches iron on best to natural fibers, like cotton or denim, and will not adhere to synthetic fabrics via iron. For synthetic fabrics, we suggest sewing the patches on instead.

     DALCINI™ Stainless Steel Products

No. While both are alloys known for their strength, stainless steel is considerably more expensive because of its many added benefits. Stainless steel was discovered more than 200 years ago and is most revered for its non-corroding, non-staining, non-porous, antibacterial properties. There are different grades of stainless steel, for use in different applications. At DALCINI™, we use 304 and 316 grades. It is the type most commonly used in commercial kitchens and hospitals around the world.

Our seamless containers are chemical-free. Without seams and joints, there are no adhesive chemicals (which can contain lead) or no protective resin coatings (which contain BPA or BPA substitutes). The smooth surface also creates an antibacterial surface- no nooks for food bacteria to hide.

Yes! These containers are safe, sustainable and simple. Excellent for food storage. They contain no harmful chemicals; no BPA, no phthalates, no triclosan, and no paint.

o Yes. All of our products are dishwasher safe. There are many reasons why some stainless steel products are handwash only, or "not recommended" for the dishwasher. It may be the delicate exterior paint finish, the chemical resins that leach when heated, or it may be because of the interior seam that weakens with heat. It could be because of the non-dishwasher safe parts such as the clasps, lids, seals, straws. We pay careful attention to the design, finish, and grade of stainless steel with each product. We've done the work, so you don't have to. Go ahead, free up some time and put your DALCINI™ containers in the dishwasher!

Refrigerator- Yes. The containers are excellent for storing all types of food, including the most fragrant or acidic foods. No more tomato stains or lingering food odors from traditional containers.
Microwave- No. These are metal product and should never be used in a microwave. They can, however, go in the oven or toaster oven.
Oven – Yes. As well as InstantPots!

The containers have a tight seal; however, they are not designed for liquids such as soup. They are ideal for dry contents such as cheese, crackers, fruit etc. When using thicker contents such as yogurt, we recommend using lunch bags that hold the contents upright to minimize any risk of a leak.

DALCINI™ Stainless products are ethically made in India with the skilled craftsmanship that has been used for over 200 years. No child-labor used in making our products.

18/8 is a simple way to describe the amount of chromium and nickel in stainless steel. 18/8 is 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 18/0 has no nickel and 18/10 has 10% nickel. Generally, more nickel means less chance of rust. Using this classification system, DALCINI™ Stainless products are 18/8 and 18/10.

DALCINI™ products require 1-2 business days for processing and packaging, from there you can expect your products to arrive between 3 and 9 business days. These products are shipped separately, directly from our supplier. Canadian orders are delivered via Canada post. Orders to the USA are delivered via USPS. DALCINI™ products will not be left on doorsteps.

     So Young School Products

We recommend wiping the interior of the lunch boxes and backpacks down with a damp cloth daily and leaving them open to dry. If a spill occurs in a lunchbox or cooler bag we recommend cleaning it as quickly as possible. These bags are also machine washable and dishwasher safe. We ask customers to please not be tempted to toss them in the dryer because they may shrink, melt or come back looking nothing like it did before.

So Young products require 1-2 business days for processing and packaging, from there you can expect your products to arrive between 3 and 9 business days. Expediated shipping is not available on So Young products. These products are shipped separately, directly from our supplier.

Customization

Labels can only be produced exactly as shown/described. Be on the lookout for our seasonal combos, which offer extra design and colour choices. Also, please let us know what you’d like to see! We’re always expanding our choices and would love your feedback.

Sure! We can always make room for a few more letters, but please note that this will decrease the font size on your labels. If our website is rejecting your extra characters, simply contact us immediately after placing your order to let us know what you’d like added. Please provide your order number. You may also leave an order comment at the final stage of checkout outlining your special request. We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm your request.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate custom jobs at this time. If there’s an icon or design you’d like us to see us offer, please send us your request – we love customer feedback!

Due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to split label packs into more than one name. The text must be consistent throughout. As a potential solution, consider using your surname or phone number on your labels – that way everyone can share! Another option is our popular Birthday Party Label Pack, which can be customized with multiple names and icons, or opt for a smaller combo pack for each kiddo such as our Day Camp Label Pack .
